Succor Enterprise National Association
Effective Date: 08/03/2025
Jurisdiction: Succor International Ecclesiastical Foreign Non-Grantor Trust

1. Private Ecclesiastical Capacity

Succor Enterprise operates as a private, trust-governed, ecclesiastical association. All offerings—including donations, consultations, document preparation services, spiritual counsel, educational resources, and lawful instruments—are rendered under private contract law, ecclesiastical authority, and natural law, not public commerce.

By engaging in any financial exchange with Succor, you acknowledge that:

  • You are entering a private transaction in good faith;

  • You have voluntarily accessed services or materials offered by Succor;

  • Your engagement is governed by the Terms and Conditions and the jurisdiction of the Trust.

2. General Refund Terms

All financial contributions, payments, and service fees are considered final, subject to the conditions below:

Refunds May Be Granted under the following circumstances:

  • A service was not rendered at all, due to internal cancellation or administrative error;

  • A duplicate payment was made in error by the client;

  • A digital download or instrument was not delivered and cannot be accessed upon confirmation;

  • A consultation was canceled in advance with at least 48 hours’ notice;

  • A product or resource was unintentionally misrepresented, and such misrepresentation is documented.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Include: full name, payment reference, date of purchase, reason for request, and any supporting documentation.

3. Non-Refundable Items and Conditions

Refunds will not be granted for the following:

  • Completed consultations, service hours, or custom document preparation;

  • Donations, spiritual offerings, or benevolent contributions;

  • Use of digital documents, contracts, or instruments that were accessed or downloaded;

  • Claims made more than 14 calendar days after the transaction;

  • Client-initiated misunderstandings or disagreements arising from a failure to read posted terms;

  • Any use of materials in contradiction to their intended purpose, including public misrepresentation.

4. Fiduciary Review and Resolution

All refund requests will be reviewed within 7–10 business days by the Trust's internal fiduciary officers or ecclesiastical administrator. A response will be issued with one of the following outcomes:

  • Full refund;

  • Partial refund or credit toward future services;

  • Denial of refund with explanation.

Succor’s determination is final under the terms of private contract and ecclesiastical discretion.

5. Chargebacks and Dishonor

Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal through a financial institution without first seeking remedy through the Trust constitutes a dishonor of contract and may result in:

  • Cancellation of all future services;

  • Entry of the matter into fiduciary lien and ecclesiastical record;

  • Legal or equitable enforcement under UCC and trust law.

“Equity will not suffer a wrong to be without a remedy—but neither shall remedy be abused without honor.”

6. Refund Jurisdiction and Governance

This policy is governed by:

  • The governing authority of the ecclesiastical trust;

  • Applicable private contract principles, including UCC § 1-302 (variation by agreement); and

  • The principles of equity, fairness, and natural justice.

Disputes related to refunds shall be resolved through internal ecclesiastical remedy or, if escalated, through private arbitration, never statutory courts unless invoked by Succor for enforcement.
